Modak is very famous sweet in ganesha festival .Modak is ganeshjis favorite food . I have made modak with almond flour and added brown sugar to it for making it more healthy .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in nonstick pan take brain sugar and water.Let it boil and cook until one string consistency reach.Add cardamom powder.turn off the flame.
* Step 2
Now add almond flour and milk powder to the syrup. Turn on the flame at medium. Cook until the mixture starts the leaving sides of the pan and looks like a dough.
* Step 3
Transfer the dough into parchment paper and apply some ghee to it. Make it soft by using your hand. Now take modak mold and put some mixture in it and close it then unmold.badam katli modak is ready. Make more modak like this.
* Step 4
Garnish modak with chopped alomnds.
