Sirke wala pyaaz /onions in Vinegar

Ingredient

1/2 cup

Water

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add beetroot, sugar, green chillies and 1 cup water.Add the onions,top with vinegar and salt. Mix them well. Let the sugar dissolves. Now transfer the mix to a jar. Cover the jar and keep it in the refrigerator.Use the onions after 24 hours.

* Step 2

The vinegar mixture can be used again to pickle the onions. Just add more onions after the previous ones are finished.

* Step 3

Enjoy these pickled onions with your favorite meal.
