Sirke wala pyaaz /onions in Vinegar

This recipe is a great accompaniment for any Indian style meal and are super easy to make at home. you can also store them in your refrigerator and use them within a week.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add beetroot, sugar, green chillies and 1 cup water.Add the onions,top with vinegar and salt.
Mix them well. Let the sugar dissolves. Now transfer the mix to a jar.
Cover the jar and keep it in the refrigerator.Use the onions after 24 hours.
* Step 2
The vinegar mixture can be used again to pickle the onions.
Just add more onions after the previous ones are finished.
* Step 3
Enjoy these pickled onions with your favorite meal.
