Stir Fry Spicy Schezwan paneer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add in cubed paneer cubes and fry till light golden on both sides. Done over fry them, else it with turn hard.
* Step 2
Add in onions, capsicum and saute for a couple of mins.
* Step 3
Now add in all sauces, salt and sugar. Quickly stir fry them. Make sure all the sauces coats the paneer well. Now serve this stir fry schezwan hot and spicy paneer. Garnish with coriander leaves (optional)
