Crunchy Onion Sprinkles
A slightly sweet, crunchy, delicious onion topping for salads, casseroles, potatoes, sandwiches, or just munching! Add to sour cream, with some bouillon granules, for a tasty dip.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, use tongs to gently toss all ingredients together and separate the onion slices into rings.
* Step 2
Spread in single layers on dehydrator trays.
* Step 3
Dehydrate at 135°F until completely dry and crisp, approximately 26 hours. Store in airtight container to retain crispness.
* Step 4
I recommend doubling the recipe because these are yummy and get eaten up quickly!
