Besan Mirch Ke Tarpoliye

Ingredient

Dry Mango Powder

1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder

2 teaspoons

Oil

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Cumin Seeds

1 pinch

Asafoetida

1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala

1 teaspoon

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the green chilies and break the stems. Then chop all the chilies.

* Step 2

Now keep the pan on gas and add besan in the pan. Roast it till it becomes light brown in colour and flame should low to medium flame so that besan does not burn.

* Step 3

Take out the gram flour in the plate and put the pan again on gas. Add 2 teaspoons oil in the pan and then asafoetida and cumin seeds. When seeds are cracking then add turmeric powder and mix it.

* Step 4

Add green chopped green chilies and salt to taste and mix it and cover it with a lid. Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Now open the lid and mix it and add besan, coriander powder, and dry mango powder, garam masala powder.

* Step 5

Mix well and now add sugar and mix it. Our Besan Mirch ke Tarpoliye is ready to serve. We can store it in the fridge for one week.
