Ingredient

10-15minutes
1 cup

Jaggery

1 tbsp

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First dry roast the rajgeera(ramdana) and dryfruits.

* Step 2

Now take it out in a plate.

* Step 3

Now melt jaggery on sim.

* Step 4

Add cardemom seeds and ghee.

* Step 5

When jaggery is melted completely. Check it by a drop of melted jaggery in water if it gets colldcted and hard with crack,then it is ready.

* Step 6

Now add roasted rajgeera and stir and mix well.

Now grease a steel plate with desi ghee.

* Step 8

Now spread the rajgeera mixture and flatten it with spoon by pressing it.

Make cut marks in it and let it cool and set.

When it is set cut it into pieces.

Serve.
