Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Par boil carrot and pumpkin pieces
Now boil sweet corns
Now heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds and hing and saute them.
Now add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them.
Now add thin shredded onion and saute it.
Now add chopped tomato and saute it.
Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon,black pepper powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well.
* Step 2
Now add boiled carrot and pumpkin and saute them.
* Step 3
Now add boiled corns and saute them.
* Step 4
Now add paneer dices and mix well.
* Step 5
Now add crushed kasuri methi and add little water and give whistles.
* Step 6
Serve hot with paratha,chapatties etc.
