#atta halwa-melt ghee in a wok-1katori and add wheat flour -1katori and add cardemom seeds-2 and roast well till it changes the colour and gives fragrance. Now add sugar-1katori and and mix well. Now as water-1+1/2 and let it mix and cook on sim till it becomes thick and gooey. Garnish with almonds slices.
