Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk-1bowl on sim Add some green saunfs-1teaspoon and cardemom seeds-1 Now make a smooth paste of custard powder-2teaspoons with some milk Now add the custard paste in boiling milk and stir it well. Let it boil on sim till it gets reduced and gets thick and gooey. Now keep the rabri in refrigerator to chill it. Now take take wheat bread slices-5 and cut from the centrewith a katori or any lid Now make a small central hole with a plastic bottle lid.
* Step 2
Now shallow fry them in desi ghee.
* Step 3
Now make a sugar syrup in a pan with sugar-10 teaspoons and water-1/2katori.
* Step 4
Now pour this syrup on fried bread slices.
* Step 5
Now pour this custard rabri on slices and garnish with grated almonds and yours bread ghewar is ready. Enjoy. Thanks. Mrk kalra
