Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt ghee in a wok-1katori Now add cardemom seeds-2 Now add wheat flour -1katori and roast well on sim till it changes the colour and and gives fragrance.
* Step 2
Now add roohafza-1/2katori mixed with water-1katori and mix well. Now add sugar -1/2 katori or as per taste.and mix well.
* Step 3
Now add water -1more katori or more if you want liquid consistency and let it mix and cook on sim till it absorbs the whole water and becomes gooey.
* Step 6
