Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped onions, tomatoes, potato keep aside. After that heat oil in cooker.
* Step 2
Then add onion in it fry till golden brown in colour. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 min.
* Step 3
After that add tomatoes cook for min.
* Step 4
Then add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
* Step 5
After that add potato pieces and Akkhi masur mix well.
* Step 6
Then add water in it. Now add coriander leaves and garam Masala. Let's water boil.
* Step 7
When water start boiling add washed rice in it. Close the lid take 3 whistle. Or cook till pulav is ready. Serve with raita or kachumar.
