Mexican Veg Toast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped all the veggies and keep aside.
* Step 2
Melt the butter spread on a bread slices. Keep slices in oven grilled it for 5 min in one side, and 3 to 4 min on other side. When bread become toast take out it from oven then keep aside. You can also make toast on gas, in tawa spread some butter then roast the bread slices from both sides till become a toast.
* Step 3
Add all veggies in bowl. Except chilli flakes. Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of soy sauce, butter sliced and grated cheese mix well.
* Step 4
Spread the veggies mixture on toast. Sprinkle some chilli flakes as you required the spicyness of toast, then spread some grated cheese on top.
