Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun

Ingredient

5 cups

Sugar

7 cups

water

2 tbsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pan add ghee when it's get heated add Cardamom powder then add water and sugar. When water start boiling, cook it on medium heat for 20 min. Till one thread gulab Jamun syrup is ready. Switch off the gas flame let it cool down. Till Lukewarm.

* Step 2

In bowl take out all gulab Jamun mix powder. Add little by little milk in it make soft dough.

* Step 3

Take little portion from it and make the round shape ball for gulab Jamun. (The quantity of gulab Jamun described in pkt)

* Step 4

In pan add oil when oil get heated fry all gulab Jamun in it till golden brown in colour.

* Step 5

Let it cool down then add it in syrup till serving.
