Ingredient

Food ration :

1 small bowl

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pan add oil after that add cumin seeds saute it. After that add dried red chillies and garlic cloves, saute it.

* Step 2

After that add chopped onion saute it for 2 min. Then add mint leaves saute well add chopped tomato, salt and hing saute it till tomato get soft.

* Step 3

After that switch off the gas. Let it cool down completely. Then grind it till fine chutney is ready. serve chutney with parotha and chapati this Chutney is great combo with fish items.

* Step 4

Note : if you don't have dried chillies you can use chilli powder instead of it.
