Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl add Dahi, chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, cream, chaat masala, cashew paste, and chicken pieces.marinate very well keep aside for 2 hr.

* Step 2

In pan add 3 tbsp butter melt it, add chicken pieces in it cook on low to medium heat from both side till light brown in colour. take out the pieces in plate keep aside.

* Step 3

Add 1 tbsp butter melt it, add remaining marinated mixture in it cook for 2min till water reduced from it stir continuously.

* Step 4

Pour the mixture on chicken pieces or add the pieces in it mix well.

* Step 5

Heat the coal add coal pieces on chicken Afghani add little bit butter in it when smoke is coming out close lid for 5min.

* Step 6

After 5min when smoke is over remove coal from it. garnish with coriander leaves and butter

* Step 7

Serve hot with roti and rice.
