QUICK and EASY to cook FRENCH BANANA FLAMBE

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the bananas. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Heat the butter in a fairly large pan.

Grill the bananas in the pan on both sides.

Sprinkle the bananas with brown cane sugar. You can also add cinnamon.  When the bananas are well caramelized, add the alcohol and flambe (ignite) them. Turn off the heat and let the cooking finish until there are no more flames.

Serve immediately.

CAUTION: be sure your hood is OFF when flambing the bananas.
