Megans Spicy Beef & Pea Burgers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger, onions, garlic and cumin for approx 3mins

* Step 2

Tip above step into a large bowl. Add peas, beef. egg and breadcrumbs into the bowl & season with salt and pepper.

* Step 3

Mix the above together & add the chilli, coriander & mint.

* Step 4

Shape the mixture into burgers and fry until cooked through
