Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is more like a chicken stew over flaky biscuits. My husband does not like "chicken pot pies" because it is all pie crust and not enough chicken. He loves this recipe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the chicken, potatoes, celery, chicken soup, chicken bouillon, garlic salt, celery salt, and black pepper in a slow cooker; cook on high for 5-hours.

* Step 2

Stir in the frozen vegetables and pimentos into the slow cooker, and cook 1-hour more.

* Step 3

Bake the biscuits. Slit the hot biscuits and ladle the "stew" over them.
