Broccoli Salad with Tuna, Arugula and lentils
Great light salad. Tuna and Broccoli go well together, Arugula gives them a mustard aroma and spicy taste. A dressing made from yogurt and mustard grains perfectly combines all the components.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place arugula in a salad bowl. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water to prevent color loss.
* Step 2
Add lentils and broccoli.
* Step 3
Add canned tuna and sweet corn. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 4
For dressing, mix yogurt and mustard grains. Or add it nicely to a salad and mix it on the table.
