Broccoli Salad with Tuna, Arugula and lentils

Great light salad. Tuna and Broccoli go well together, Arugula gives them a mustard aroma and spicy taste. A dressing made from yogurt and mustard grains perfectly combines all the components. #GlobalApron

Broccoli

1 can

tuna

2-3 tbsp

canned corn

2-3 tbsp

canned lentils

4-5 tbsp

Greek yogurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place arugula in a salad bowl. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water to prevent color loss.

Add lentils and broccoli.

Add canned tuna and sweet corn. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
