Brussels sprouts with chestnuts and bacon
This is a very quick dish. If you buy a ready-made frozen mixture, it only takes 10 minutes.

* Step 1
If they have not been frozen, place the Brussels sprouts and chestnuts in boiling water for three minutes. Take it out and let the water drain.
* Step 2
Cut the bacon into small strips. Lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
* Step 3
Add cabbage and chestnuts to the bacon. Let's sweat it out a little together.
* Step 4
Pour in the aromatic oil. I have homemade olive oil with garlic and rosemary. Add salt to taste and season with a mixture of peppers.
* Step 5
Brown a little and serve. You can add a drop of soy sauce directly to the plate, but this is not necessary.
