Snack rolls from toasted bread
Toasted bread, in my opinion, is not very tasty. But any fillings are perfectly wrapped in it. Today I have two different ones. With canned fish and vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At slices of bread, cut off the crusts. Lay four pieces, slightly overlapping. Gently roll out with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
* Step 2
For the first filling, grease with mayonnaise. I have an unusual one, with the addition of vegetables and spices, though store-bought.
* Step 3
Top evenly distribute a little corn, boiled carrots and finely chopped cucumber. Salt to taste.
* Step 4
Add some ham. Roll into a tight roll.
* Step 5
Bread rolls roll up well, but in order to keep their shape, it is necessary to wrap them in cling film or baking paper. I have paper today.
* Step 6
For the second filling, in a suitable bowl, mix canned fish (mash with a fork), finely chopped green onions, a little corn and cream cheese or mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
* Step 7
Got six rolls. Three with one filling, three with another.
* Step 8
Put the rolls in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Better at night. In the morning they are perfectly cut and do not fall apart.
