Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 200c. Peel and cut the swede into chips shape and place them on a shallow roasting tin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic and parsley.
* Step 2
Bake for 35 minutes turning half way until crisp and golden. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with absolutely anything. My choice was a yummy fishcake.
