Lambs' liver with mushrooms

Give yourself a real boost with this nutritious autumn meal served with wild rice or with fluffy mash potato. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the onion in half and slice them. In a frying pan heat oil over medium high heat then add the onion and saute until soft but not too brown in colour.

* Step 2

Add the chopped garlic and mushrooms, salt and pepper then the stock. Simmer gently uncovered until mushroom is cooked.

* Step 3

When most of the liquid evaporated mix in the liver, add the mustard and toss them around for 1-2 minutes, do not over cook. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and serve.
