Potato salad with capsicum and cucumber

I love potato salad. Here is a recipe for a light and modern version.

Ingredient

parsley fresh

200 Grams

yoghurt

3 Tablespoons

mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon

Dijon mustard

1 Pinch

Sea salt

1 Pinch

herbal salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes and let cool down. Peel potatoes and cut into small slices.

* Step 2

Wash cucumber, pepper, radishes and parsley and cut into small pieces Peel onion and chop finely.

* Step 3

Put all ingredients into a large bowl.

* Step 4

Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard and season to taste. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
