Really Good Corn 🌽

This is a really good, simple sweetcorn recipe! #mycookbook

Ingredient

3 tsp

Paprika

1 tsp

Oregano

To Taste

Salt

50 ml

Water

Tbsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt the butter with the garlic, paprika, oregano and salt. Place the corn in the butter to fry and fry gently on all sides for a couple of minutes.

* Step 2

Add the water to the pan and cover with a lid or plate. Turn up the heat a little. Steam for 5 minutes until it is golden.

* Step 3

After 5 mins remove the lid and continue to cook over a low heat until all the water evaporates. Turn the corn in the pan so all of the corn is covered with herbs/butter.
