Mustard and Lime Chicken
Another Lunch Box for me, as I am “ on the go” all weekend.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the chicken about 1 cm thick, then cut into smaller pieces. Throw into a large fry pan with a little Olive Oil, several squirts of Lime Juice and Black Pepper. Stir around and cook gently until all pieces are done on the outside.
* Step 2
Add the Mustard and cook for a further 5-10 minutes until cooked through and nearly all the liquid has gone. Turn up the heat and brown all sides. Done!!
* Step 3
Cool down for lunch boxes or eat while hot, the choice is yours!
