I had some jacket Potatoes in the fridge, I needed to heat them up, and make them tasty, for Sunday Dinner. #Easy, #Budget, #Familyfriendly, #Student
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut Potatoes in half lengthwise. (Trim a small slice on the outside if the piece wobbles when you put it down)
* Step 2
Slice into the insides in a tight grid pattern, but NOT all the way through.
* Step 3
Place Potatoes in an oven tray and put the cheese pieces across the top. Add a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika.
* Step 4
Cook in the bottom of a medium oven for about 40 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the potatoes hot all the way through.
* Step 5
I served mine with Pork chops, garlic mushrooms and homemade Tomato sauce. These were extra for lunch the next day!
