Rainbow Stir-fry with Chicken leftovers
Wanted something different to go with some chicken!# healthy# low calories # quick# easy# adaptable!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice Chicken and Onions, add to a wok or large saucepan with the Oil and start to heat.
* Step 2
Add Sliced Mushrooms, Green Beans, Peas and stir.
* Step 3
Drain the Sweetcorn, then add, with the Tomatoes to the pan and stir.
* Step 4
Add a cup of boiling water, plus the two Stock Cubes. Stir and simmer until all the vegetables are soft and liquid is almost gone.
* Step 5
Enjoy your meal!! Please note, ANY leftovers can be added to this Dish, or fish if you prefer!!
