Roasted Tomato Soup
The best homemade tomato soup. Very easy and mostly hands off. Perfect to have with a grilled cheese.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a baking pan, place the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with the salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Toss all together until the oil and seasonings evenly coat everything, then spread out in the pan.
* Step 2
Bake for 40-50 minutes. When done, let them sit for 10ish mins to cool slightly before transferring to a blender or food processor and adding the broth, cream and basil. Blend until smooth. Taste for additional salt and pepper then serve.
