Broccoli is one of the super foods that is a strong antioxidant and anti-cancer. There was a documentary called Superfoods that showed the effectiveness of broccoli in inhibiting prostate cancer.

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter and oil in a pot. Coarsely grate the onion and fry it in oil. After two minutes, add grated garlic. One minute later, add flour and stir to fry.
