* Step 2
Tips and Notes:
I always place my dish on a baking tray - just incase any of the deliciousness escapes in the oven and makes a mess.
I do occasionally add some Vanilla to my mixture (essence or seeds)
Don't be tempted to taste to quick, this is extremely hot
Something to try next time
I have made this with Bananas & chock chips (nice but very sweet)
Instead of nutmeg, I have used Cinnamon (very festive)
I have used Brioche (just adjust the sugar quantity a little)
* Step 3
Prepare now, eat later
Although this pudding is best eaten hot (don’t burn yourself) from the oven when it’s all crisp and yummy, you can equally enjoy cold, and it even pings in the Microwave,
