Macaroni Cheese

I did not follow a Recipe and the Recipe ingredients include a lot of leftover homemade Cheese Sauce . The Shop bought Macaroni Pasta was 7 months passed it's Used by Date the unopened Packet had been sitting in the back of the Kitchen Cupboard for quite some time - best to keep the rest of the Macaroni Pasta in a Air Tight Container and out of direct sunlight

30 minutes
250 g

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil cold tap water in One Saucepan and with another medium sized saucepan add the 250g block of butter and melt gently in the Saucepan and then add the 150g Plain Flour - stir with a Wooden Spoon and then place a bit of milk at a time into the mix and keep doing so until the milk runs out and then simmer on the lowest hob heat and keep stirring for a further 15 - 20 minutes. Do add small blocks of Cheese to melt for the last 10 minutes of cooking time

* Step 2

Place the Dried Shop bought Macaroni Pasta in the Saucepan of boiling water and then turn down to the lowest simmer and then allow to cook for 15 minutes, does say on the bag Packet that it can be done in 7 minutes, but the Dried Pasta was passed it's Used by Date so I cooked the Macaroni Pasta for a longer period of time

* Step 3

So heap 5 Wooden Spoons of the Cheese Sauce onto the Dinner Plate and then place the cooked Macaroni Pasta over the top and then add One or Two heaps of the Wooden Spoons over the top and then wash the Baby Plum Tomatoes under the cold water tap and then add to the Dinner Plate
