Have had a little bit of experience at making this Bread Loaf - as a hobby at home . I have no Professional experience at Cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour 320ml of boiling hot water from the Kettle into a heat proof cup and then allow the hot water too cool down too a lukewarm water

* Step 2

Add the Strong White Bread Flour too your Kenwood Mixing Bowl and make a small dent in the middle with the Fingers of your Hand and then add the salt too One side and then add the One sachet of Fast Active Dried Yeast Powder too the other side and then add the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Add the 320ml of lukewarm water and then fast mix with the Kenwood Dough Hook on and Kenwood Guard

* Step 3

Fast mix on full power for 40 seconds and then add Clingfilm over the top of the Kenwood Mixing Bowl and then allow too rest for One hour beside a Electric Fire

* Step 4

Connect the Kenwood Mixing Bowl too the Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer and then fast mix again for 40 seconds. Can allow the raw Bread dough too rest and rise again in the Kenwood Mixing Bowl or place scrunched up Baking Parchment Paper on a Baking Tray straight away and at this point allow the Bread dough too rest and rise on the Baking Tray. Allow too rest in front of a Electric Fire for One hour again

* Step 5

Turn the oven on too either Gas Mark 6 or 7. Use a long sharp Chefs Knife too make slit's all the way through on diagonals and then immediately bake in the oven until it is done
