Rustic big - Apple Cinnamon Pie
The Shop bought already rolled out Shortcrust Pastry was about One week past it's Used by Date - did keep half of the already rolled out Pastry on it's Parchment Paper and with some more Parchment Paper underneath on the Baking tray - kept the best Pastry that was intact at the bottom and then I added the already cooked and cold Apple and mixed Cinnamon into the Apples on a Dinner Plate.
I put other Pastry over the top and then took it's own Parchment Paper off and then rolled up all 4 sides ....

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6.
Place your own Shop bought Parchment Paper over the top of your Baking Tray - scrunch the ripped Parchment Paper and then place on the bottom of your Baking Tray and then add half of the already rolled out Pastry by using a small sharp Knife or Scissors too halve the Pastry on it's own Parchment Paper - keep it at the bottom whilst on the Baking Tray with extra Parchment Paper underneath
* Step 2
Add 4 heaped measuring tablespoons of Apple Sauce too a Dinner Plate etc. and then add a teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon - mix with a Dessert Spoon and then add too the middle of the Pastry on the Baking Tray - spread it out, but leave spaces' at the sides
* Step 3
Place the other half of the already rolled out Pastry over the top and then peel off it's Parchment Paper
* Step 4
Roll up all the sides a little with the Pastries own Parchment Paper underneath
* Step 5
Place milk in your tablespoon measuring spoon and then dab glaze with One of your Fingers and then sprinkle One tablespoon of Caster Sugar over the top of your glazed top of your Pastry. Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 55 minutes or 60 minutes - One hour - and then eat hot, or allow too get cold overnight and then enjoy half, or all of it cold
