Chocolate Banana Sandwich Cake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5. Put One knob of butter in each shallow round baking tin - melt butter - spread all around the baking tin's and then sprinkle White Flour over the melted butter areas. With the 2 baking trays greased and floured leave too cool and rest

* Step 2

Beat 4 hen eggs with a Dinner Fork within your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl and then roughly dice the Unsalted Butter in and then add the sugar - sift the Self-raising Flour and Baking Powder into the Kenwood mixing bowl and then add the 4 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder, then add the 4 peeled bananas and 2 tablespoons of milk - add attachment and guard too your Kenwood Food Mixer and then blend - mainly on the highest setting

Add equal ladles of raw cake batter too the greased and floured round cake tin's - spread out evenly and then bake on the top shelf of the oven for 50 minutes

Take out of the oven and allow too cool and rest for 10 minutes before transferring too a wire cake rack for cooling down completely

Once rested and cooled - place One of your Sponge Cake into a very large Mixing Bowl and then open One tub of your Betty Crocker Indulgent Chocolate Fudge Icing - gently stir with a large wide Chopping Knife and then spread a thin layer of the Icing over the middle of the cake - place the rest of the Icing in the Microwave for 20 seconds and then stir - pour over the cake and then place the other Sponge Cake over the top and then prepare the other tub of Icing in the same way and then pour

Allow too set and then only eat half within a day - a quarter for One meal and then another quarter later for another meal the whole Cake contains a very large amount of calories
