Carrot and Oregano Soup

Carrot and Oregano Soup

Did not follow a Recipe. The soup will probably still taste nice with just only cold tap water being used

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and wash raw carrots in clean cold tap water and then add your 1KG of carrots too cold tap water within a medium sized saucepan and then boil until the carrots are cooked and soft - keep adding cold water once the other water has evaporated. Peel 3 medium sized Maris Piper Potatoes and slice into small pieces and then boil for a further 10 minutes. Allow to get cold with the Saucepan lid on

Wash fresh Oregano in a very large Mixing Bowl by pouring cold tap water over the fresh Oregano and then use your Fingers too add the wet fresh Oregano too your carrot and water mix

* Step 3

Blend and then keep adding the blendings too One very large Mixing Bowl. Once done - store the very large Mixing Bowl in the top of the Fridge. Too reheat some of the soup add a few ladles of the soup too a Saucepan and then gently simmer with the lid on until hot and ready too eat with a Dessert Spoon
