Tagliatelle Bolognese

The Dinner ( for which I did not follow a Recipe ) is for 2 Adult humans . The only difficulty in making the Recipe is the making of the homemade Pasta - is more difficult too make without the needed Gadgets. Can buy dried Tagliatelle Pasta , but takes longer too boil than fresh Tagliatelle Pasta .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

As far as I know it is best too make the ball or two balls of Pasta dough a day in advance. So too make One ball of raw Pasta dough - crack 2 hen eggs into your Kenwood Mixing Bowl and then beat the eggs with a Dinner Fork and then add 200g Plain Flour and then grind some Sea Salt over the flour and then add One tablespoon of cold tap water and then add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil - fast blend with Kenwood dough hook on and then form it all into a ball

* Step 2

Boil lot's of cold tap water in a Cauldron Saucepan

* Step 3

Melt the 150g of butter in a non-stick Wok, add the 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil, fry roughly chopped onions for 10 minutes, add chopped sliced garlic cloves too the Wok near the end of that 10 minutes and then season with a bit of Salt and Pepper, add the One teaspoon of Dried Oregano and then add the frozen Beef Mince - brown off the Beef Mince and then add the tomato Puree' and Rose' wine - season with a bit of Salt and Pepper again and then simmer with a lid on for 20 - 30 minutes

* Step 4

Divide raw Pasta into 8 or 16 tiny little balls and then attach Lasagne Roller too your Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer and then flatten a tiny ball out a little bit and then put the raw Pasta through the number One cycle and then through the 2 cycle and then the 3 and then finally the number 4 cycle of the dial and then dust with Plain Flour on both sides and then fold a little and then cut thin Pasta strands - once all done, add all the Pasta strands into the boiling water at the same time

* Step 5

Once the homemade Pasta is done after 5 minutes drain through a Colander and then add the hot cooked Pasta too your Dinner Plate and then add 3 heaped ladles of the Bolognese Sauce over the top of the Pasta and then quickly get some fresh Oregano from your garden and then wash soak in cold tap water and then use a small pair of sharp scissors too cut sprigs of Oregano over the top. Enjoy.
