Lazy Sweet Mincemeat Tart
I made the Recipe up . Is lazy , because I used my Kenwood Lasagne Roller Attachment too automatically roll out 4 quarters from my Recipe of making Dessert Pastry - did have trouble rolling the homemade Pastry initially , then I dampened my One palm of my hand again and then sprinkled flour over 1/4 of the whole of the Dessert Pastry dough ball - has been in the Fridge for about 5 days .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5.
Melt some butter on a Baking Tray in the oven and then dust flour over the melted butter.
* Step 2
Cut Dessert Pastry ball into 4 equal quarters and then wet the palm of One of your Hands under the cold water tap and then work the Pastry and then dust with flour - flatten out and then pass the small raw Pastry on dial One of your Kenwood Lasagne Roller through the roller and then catch the flattened out Pastry in the middle and then place the strip of Pastry onto your greased baking tray.
* Step 3
Roll out the 3 other quarters and then place in the empty areas of the greased baking tray. Fork holes in the flattened out carpet of Pastry on your Baking Tray and then evenly spread the sweet Christmas Mincemeat over the top and then bake in the oven for possibly 35 minutes - maybe longer - and then it's done. Best eaten when it's cold and cooked.
