Drop Scones (Pancake)

Classic Breakfast Recipe from what I learned from watching Mary Berry on Netflix. Serve with Yoghurt and some bits of mixed raw fruit and Canadian Maple Syrup or the less expensive Lyle's Golden Syrup.

Ingredient

40 g

sugar

1

egg

200 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place flour, sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl and then stir with a Dessert Spoon and then make a shallow indentation within the ingredients and then crack a hen egg into it - then whisk with a hand whisk and then add half of the milk (100ml) and then continue too whisk for a thick lump free Pancake mix so far.

* Step 2

Then add the rest of the milk and then whisk again. Grate the outer skin of the fruit of a Orange onto a Dinner Plate and then add as much grated Orange zest as seems ideal. Don't have too add the zest of a Orange, Lemon and Lime if you don't want too.

* Step 3

Coat a frying pan with a little bit of Cooking Oil such as Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil. Then add little drops of the Pancake Batter into the frying pan and then cook on both sides until they are done. Put cooked Pancakes on a Dinner Plate and then add a little bit more Vegetable Oil too the frying pan and then make another batch and so on - until all the Pancake Batter has been used up. The Pancakes taste nice cold.
