Beef Burgers

Is not Butter Burgers - this Recipe uses breadcrumbs and a egg yolk.

Ingredient

tomato puree

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bind all the ingredients together apart from the Cooking Oil.

* Step 2

Divide into 6 balls and then flatten them out and then add Cooking Oil on top of the raw beef burgers and then fry Cooking Oil side down and then add more Cooking Oil over the top before flipping over too do the other sides (is important not too over cook the homemade Beef Burgers).

* Step 3

Could toast Brioche Burger Buns on the meat juiced Griddle Pan or Frying Pan and then coat One side with mayonnaise and then add Lettuce Leaves and then a sliced Tomato round and then add the hot beef burger and then maybe add ribbons of pickled Cucumber and then place the other halve's of the toasted Brioche Buns over the top.
