Ingredient

1 cup

milk

1 cup

sugar

2 tablespoons

clarified butter

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pound the walnuts coarsely.

* Step 2

Pour ghee on a heated pan. Add coarse walnut powder and fry for about 5 minutes till it becomes aromatic on low flame

* Step 3

Add khoya and stir till it fully melts.

* Step 4

Add milk and sugar and cook till it thickens to a desired consistency.

* Step 5

Add cardamom powder and mix.

* Step 6

The walnut dessert is ready to serve. Garnish with whole walnuts.
