HLT (Ham,Lettuce an Tomato).Did cheat. Calories come to 2 Thousand Calories so 2 and 1/2 each of filled wraps is One Thousand Calories each.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2.Place very cold whole tomatoes onto the baking tray and then place One shop bought wrap on top of the 6 tomatoes,time 2 minutes for the wrap and then place on a Dinner Plate,bake the rest of the wraps in the same way.

* Step 2

Bring all together and then make your wraps. Is too filling for your stomach too eat 5 filled wraps so make about 2 for later,place on a Dinner Plate and then wrap clingfilm around and then store in the Fridge.
