Thin (Crepe) Banana Flavoured Pancakes
For 4 ladles of thin Pancake Batter for 4 rolled up thin banana Pancakes and the rest of the ingredients the calories came to only 700 calories. It takes no longer than 8 minutes for a Dinner Plate serving of 4 Pancakes - doesn't matter if they are served cold.

* Step 1
Could probably make it in a mixing bowl,mashing up the bananas with a Dinner Fork,but I used my Nutri Ninja Blender too measure the milk in the Nutri Ninja Blender Cup and then cracked a whole hen egg in - blitzed - and then peeled the bananas - discarded the banana skins and then blitzed with the bananas in - then I added the 50g of plain flour and then blitzed again.
* Step 2
Heat the hob onto the medium setting,place the non-stick Wok onto the heat of the hob - add a little trickle of Vegetable Oil too the Wok and then swirl the Wok around too evenly distribute the Vegetable Oil and then add a whole ladle of banana Pancake Batter to the inside of the Wok - swirl it about evenly and then place the Wok Lid on top of the Wok,no need too turn the Pancake over - should be done in 2 minutes. Repeat until the others are done and then throw a tbsp. of Icing Sugar on.
