Smoked Salmon Chow Mein Noodles

Don't cook the Oak Smoked Salmon other similar Salmon is available - is edible with a bit of a raw taste, but flaking the Salmon on the dinner plate first and then adding the hot cooked noodles on top makes the Oak Smoked Salmon more pleasurable too eat.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 or 2 People

Cooking time :

6 - 10 min.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add cold water too a medium sized saucepan - not too much,but not too little - boil - and then add the 2 sachets of Chow Mein Powder - add the 200g of Noodles and then keep cooking on the hob until the stock evaporates and thicken's.

* Step 2

Discard the skin of the Oak Smoked Salmon if their was any. Pull the layers apart if packaging have not done that already and then evenly place uncooked on the Dinner Plate.

* Step 3

Place the hot cooked Noodles over the top of the Oak Smoked Salmon and then tuck in and enjoy.
