Banana Flaxseed Pancakes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place 3 bananas in a large blending cup add 250ml of milk (half of a large mug) and blend with your Electric Plug in Nutri Ninja Blender - add One more banana and then blend again.Beat 4 hen eggs in a large mixing bowl and then add the milky bananas - repeat process with the remaining bananas and then add too the contents of the large mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Add 200g of Plain Flour (maybe more),stir and then leave in the Fridge overnight.

* Step 3

Add 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil to a large frying pan with lid,heat the Cooking Oil.Add the necessary ingredients too the Ladle of Pancake Batter and then initially fry on a high heat for a little while - make 2 ladles for the large frying pan and then place the Lid on top,gently simmer with the lid on - for about 10 minutes,no need too turn the Pancakes over.After 10 minutes on One side,is possible too successfully turn the Pancakes over - too fry them on the other side for a few minutes.

Once done,place each Pancake on a sheet of Kitchen Roll to get excess Vegetable Oil off and then place on a serving plate and sweeten an garnish each Pancake with a teaspoon of Granulated Sugar.
