Macaroni Cheese

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package and reserve 1 cup pasta water. Fry onion and garlic on medium heat till soft. Add spices and fry for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, and Add flour and milk and stir with a whisk continuously,
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Once it bubbles, add 1/2 cheese and stir. Add cooked macaroni and stir. In oven proof dish, layer half macaroni and sprinkle with cheese and add the rest of the macaroni.
* Step 3
Sprinkle cheese on top to cover all. Bake in oven for 25 minutes and grill for 1 minute. Be careful. Garnish with parsley and serve.
