* Step 1
Pour milk into the bottle. Add chai seeds and stir. Leave it to rest for 3 minutes and stir again.
* Step 2
Close bottle and store in the fridge for minimum 2 hours but the longer the better. Garnish with fruit of choose and enjoy cold.
* Step 3
Add honey and stir again.
