This is a broccoli salad from Gugs, she makes her dressing using mayo and a little bit of mustard as opposed to yoghurt and sour cream. It’s a solid, it’s really good. I had it with some roasted pork.

In a bowl combine salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing. Combine both and let sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
