I don’t know where my chasen aka bamboo whisk is 🧐 I called the tea shop and asked them for an alternative. They advise I make it into a paste first then add hot liquid.
This is a dirty matcha latte. You can opt out of the espresso shot if you’d like a plain matcha latte.
Ingredient

1 1/2 tsp
matcha
1 cup
cold milk
1 shot
espresso
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a cup Mix the tablespoon of hot milk with match to form a paste and continue whisking. Heat and froth the milk.
* Step 2
Gradually add frothed milk and keep stirring till all is incorporated. Add espresso and voila! You can add sweetener, I prefer it bitter.
