Very Easy Butternut Soup
It is pretty simple it also doesn’t have chicken stock (I really don’t like butternut soups with chicken stock)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot, add all the ingredients except for heavy cream. Just make sure that the water covers the vegetables add the sugar. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 35 minutes.
* Step 2
Using a stick blender puree the soup till smooth. If you don’t have, blend in small batches with hole to allow steam to escape. Add cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper of needed and serve hot.
